Men’s retreats in Colorado Men’s personal growth retreats in Colorado
A focused weekend built to give you clarity, direction, and momentum. Step away from the noise, face what’s holding you back, and move forward with intention, alongside men doing the same work.
This is a reset. Through guided sessions, direct challenge, and real conversation, you leave with a clearer understanding of yourself, a plan you can act on, and a community that backs the work after the weekend ends.
Why attend a retreat
A retreat is a structured reset. It builds clarity, strengthens identity, and speeds up progress.
Most men try to do this work alone, and it stalls. At Chiron, growth is expected, and the men around you reinforce it with real connection, shared standards, and accountability.
Men come to our retreats for
- Uninterrupted time to step back, reflect, and reset
- Structured challenges that go deeper than self-help
- Real connection with men committed to growth and follow-through
- Practical skills and accountability that turn insight into action
- A clear plan, and a community that reinforces it after the weekend
Whether you feel stuck, are searching for direction, or want to realign with your values, momentum starts here.

What you’ll gain
Retreating is a strategic move. You step back to secure the win.
Every Chiron retreat blends reflection, challenge, and action, in a setting where the men around you reinforce your growth.
Orientation and alignment
We set expectations and a shared standard. From the start, you’re part of a group committed to doing the work.
Guided coaching sessions
Structured conversations and exercises create clarity and force decisions. Coaches guide, and the other men in the room add perspective.
Experiential work
You apply what you learn in real time and build awareness and connection through direct experience.
Integration and action planning
You leave with a clear, personal plan and a community that expects you to follow through.
Ongoing support
After the retreat, four one-on-one coaching sessions keep your momentum and hold you accountable as you put the plan to work.
Want to keep going after that? One-on-one coaching supports the long-term work.
In their words
From the Fraser retreat, on what the weekend did for them.
“Savon and this retreat really helped me to put words into concepts I was trying to understand over the last year. It also helped me to feel secure about boundaries I was too self-conscious about wanting to have.”
“This retreat gave me the time and the space to do the deep work just when I needed it most. I left with a solid understanding of how I want to move forward with my life and I was thankful for the awareness it brought to me in regard to the mind/body connection. The wisdom I learned from Savon and his expertise has had a lasting impression on me and I’m thankful for the group and the experience we all got to share together.”
Who these retreats are for

- Want to be around men who take growth seriously
- Are ready to stop coasting and build intentional habits
- Are willing to be challenged and supported as you become more disciplined, confident, and self-aware
Retreat questions
What is a men’s personal growth retreat, and how is it different from a vacation or wellness retreat?
A structured, immersive weekend designed to give men clarity, direction, and accountability. A vacation is built for rest. A retreat is built for growth: guided sessions, reflection, group dialogue, and action planning. Chiron combines structured facilitation with peer accountability, so you leave with a concrete plan.
What happens at a retreat?
Our Colorado retreats run about 48 hours and include guided coaching sessions, structured reflection, group discussion and accountability work, embodiment and experiential practices, and integration planning with follow-up support. The setting removes distractions so you can focus on clarity, purpose, and execution.
Who should attend?
Men who feel stuck or directionless, are navigating a transition (career, relationship, identity), want stronger discipline and accountability, or want authentic connection with other growth-oriented men. You don’t need to be in crisis. If you’re unsure, schedule a consultation (opens in a new tab).
How can a retreat help me gain clarity, purpose, and direction?
A retreat takes away the daily distractions that keep you from the questions you usually put off. You spend a full weekend on them. You work through structured frameworks, get feedback, and build a plan you’re accountable for.
What outcomes can I realistically expect?
Results vary. Men commonly leave with a clearer sense of direction and priorities, a written execution plan, greater self-awareness, stronger communication skills, and renewed motivation and accountability. A retreat is a structured catalyst. The change lasts when you implement what you build.
Do retreats include follow-up support?
Yes. The retreat package includes four one-on-one coaching sessions to help you integrate new habits and practices after the weekend.
Can a retreat help with burnout, stress, or emotional exhaustion?
Many men attend because of burnout, overextension, or emotional fatigue. Time away from your routine gives you room to slow down and see your priorities clearly. Our retreats are not therapy. They provide perspective, nervous system regulation practices, a clearer set of priorities, and action plans that reduce unnecessary friction.
How do I choose the right retreat?
Ask four questions. Is there structured facilitation, or only open discussion? Is there integration support afterward? Is the group intentionally small? Does the philosophy align with your values? Chiron emphasizes structure, brotherhood, and execution. Book a call (opens in a new tab) to see if it fits.
