About Chiron Life coaching and retreats for men in Colorado

Chiron Coaching works with men who want direction, purpose, and accountability. One-on-one coaching, weekend retreats, and other men doing the same work help you know yourself, build discipline, and plan your next chapter.

Who this is for

Chiron is for men who know they’re capable of more and can’t see how to reach it.

Some arrive stuck. Some are successful on paper and misaligned inside. Some are in a transition: a career shift, a relationship change, a new sense of who they are. Some have noticed that drift replaced direction.

You’ll feel at home here if

  • You want a clear purpose.
  • You feel disconnected from your own standards.
  • You value discipline and accountability and struggle to apply them consistently.
  • You want structured growth.
  • You’re ready to lead your own life.
  • You want real brotherhood.

Nobody here will rescue you. You take ownership, and you get structure, challenge, and accountability while you do.

Heroic living today looks like consistency, integrity, and choosing responsibility when drifting would be easier.

Sound like you? Reach out. Most people find the intro call useful on its own.

Meet your coach

Hi, I’m Savon, founder of Chiron.

I played soccer at a high level for years. The game gave me discipline, resilience, and teammates I’d run through walls for. It also left me to figure out everything else on my own: direction, identity, what comes after. That gap is a big part of why I coach.

Many men are expected to figure life out alone, without guidance, structure, or real support. That’s where most get stuck. My work is built to change that.

I’ve spent years coaching men through challenge and helping them rebuild direction. What I’ve seen is consistent: men need clarity, structure, and someone willing to challenge them. That’s what Chiron provides.

This work matters to me because I’ve seen what happens when a man realizes he’s capable of more and has the support to act on it.

With gratitude and joy,
Savon

The three stages of coaching

Chiron is structured mentorship for men ready to turn reflection into action. It is not therapy. It runs on a clear process, the right challenges, and consistent support from a coach and from other men doing the same work.

The same framework drives one-on-one coaching and the retreats.

01

Where you are

You’re unclear.

You’re moving, but toward nothing that matters. You second-guess decisions and lose consistency. You know you’re capable of more and can’t see the path. You put in effort and see little progress. Most guys stay here.

02

What changes

You get clear and start acting on it.

You work out what you actually want and decide faster. You follow through more often and build momentum. You’re around men who push you, challenge you, and expect more.

03

Where you’re going

You become someone who executes.

You have direction and a plan you actually follow. You do what you say you’ll do. You’re more disciplined, more grounded, and harder to throw off course. You trust yourself, and you have a coach who reinforces it.

Progress isn’t linear. You’ll move forward, fall off, and reset. That’s part of the work. The goal is clarity, discipline, and direction you can return to, with a community that holds you accountable when you do.

What is overflow?

Once you’ve built clarity, structure, and better habits, the question is how to sustain them. Our answer: prioritize overflow.

You can’t pour from an empty cup. When you take care of yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, and relationally, you create the energy, focus, and stability to move through life well.

The goal is learning to maintain your own foundation. When your cup is full, you’re more grounded, more capable, and more resilient, for yourself and for the people around you.

Philosophy

You already have what you need.

Coaching uncovers it, strengthens it, and puts it to use.

We align men.

Think tune-up: identity, habits, and environment working together with less friction.

Embodiment matters.

A strong relationship with your body (movement, breath, nervous system regulation) supports mental clarity and emotional resilience.

Emotion is information.

We learn to read it, use it, and move through it without shame or avoidance.

Direction requires a plan.

Without one, life chooses for you. With one, you build agency and accountability.

Play accelerates growth.

Learning sticks when it’s experiential, especially on retreat.

Curiosity builds momentum.

Judgment kills it. We train curiosity as a skill.

Success is self-defined.

You clarify your definition, then build a life that reflects it through measurable actions.

Community is vital.

Nobody survives entirely on their own. We’re wired for connection.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Chiron Coaching for?

Men who feel stuck, unmotivated, or out of alignment and want clarity, purpose, and accountability through coaching and retreats.

What’s the difference between one-on-one coaching and a retreat?

One-on-one coaching is ongoing support to build clarity, habits, and execution over time. A retreat compresses months of insight into one focused weekend: fewer distractions, deeper conversations, and a hard reset.

Where are Chiron’s retreats held?

Chiron is based in Denver. Retreats are hosted in Colorado, usually within driving distance of Denver.

Do I need to be in crisis to get value from Chiron?

No. Many clients function well on the outside and feel disconnected inside. Coaching works especially well during transitions: a career shift, a relationship change, a loss of direction, a plateau.

How do I know if this is a good fit?

If you want structure, honest reflection, and real accountability, and you’re willing to act, start with a consultation.
