Life Coaching for Men and Personal Growth Retreats in Colorado

Chiron Coaching provides life coaching for men and personal growth retreats in Colorado for those seeking direction, purpose, and accountability. Through one-on-one coaching, structured weekend retreats, and real connection with other men, we help you build self-awareness, strengthen discipline, and create a clear plan for your next chapter.

Our goal is simple: help men move from disconnection into alignment — where your inner world, your actions, and your relationships reinforce the life you’re building.

Who Is This For?

Chiron Coaching is for men who know they are capable of more — but feel unclear about how to access it. Some arrive feeling stuck. Others are successful on paper but internally misaligned. Some are navigating a transition — career shifts, relationship changes, identity recalibration. Others simply feel that drift has replaced direction.

You will feel at home here if:

  • You want clarity of purpose, not vague inspiration.

  • You feel disconnected from your own standards.

  • You value discipline and accountability but struggle to apply them consistently.

  • You want structured growth, not endless processing.

  • You are ready to stop drifting and start leading your own life.

  • You crave real brotherhood — not surface-level networking.

If you are looking for someone to rescue you, this is not the place.

If you are ready to take ownership — and want structure, challenge, and accountability in the process — then you are probably a good fit.

Heroic living today does not look dramatic. It looks like consistency, integrity, and choosing responsibility, even when drifting would be easier.

If this sounds like you, or something that could benefit you, reach out. Most people find these intro calls helpful themselves.

Meet Your Coach: Savon

Hi, I’m Savon, founder of Chiron.

I believe many men are expected to figure life out on their own — without guidance, structure, or real support. That’s where most get stuck.

My work is built to change that.

I’ve spent years coaching and working with men in high-stakes environments, helping them move through challenge and rebuild direction in their lives. What I’ve seen is consistent: men don’t need fixing — they need clarity, structure, and someone willing to challenge them.

That’s what Chiron provides.

This work matters to me because I’ve seen what happens when a man realizes he’s capable of more — and has the support to act on it.

With gratitude and joy,

Savon

The 3 Stages of Life Coaching for Men

This isn’t therapy. It isn’t motivation. And it’s not passive.

It’s structured mentorship and life coaching for men who are ready to turn reflection into action.

Real change requires a clear process, the right challenges, and consistent support — especially from other men doing the same work.

This is the framework we use in both one-on-one coaching and our men’s personal growth retreats.

Where You Are

You’re not broken — you’re just unclear.

You’re moving, but not in a direction that matters.

You second-guess decisions and fall off consistency.

You know you’re capable of more, but don’t have a clear path.

You’re putting in effort without seeing real progress.

Most guys stay here.

What Changes

You get clear — and start acting on it.

You figure out what you actually want and make decisions faster.

You follow through more consistently and build real momentum.

You’re not doing it alone. You’re around men who push you, challenge you, and expect more.

That changes everything.

Where You’re Going

You become someone who executes.

You have direction and a plan that you actually follow.

You do what you say you’re going to do, consistently.

You’re more disciplined, more grounded, and harder to throw off course.

You trust yourself — and have a coach that reinforces it.

Progress isn’t linear.

You’ll move forward, fall off, and reset — that’s part of the work. The goal isn’t to stay at some peak state. It’s to build clarity, discipline, and direction you can return to, with a community that keeps you accountable when you do.

What is Overflow in Men’s Life Coaching?

After building clarity, structure, and better habits, the question becomes: how do you sustain the progress you’ve made?

Our answer is simple: prioritize overflow.

Overflow comes from the idea that you can’t pour from an empty cup. When you consistently take care of yourself — mentally, physically, emotionally, and relationally — you create the energy, focus, and stability needed to move through life well.

The goal is not dependence on others to keep you afloat. It’s learning how to maintain your own foundation.

When your cup is full, you become more grounded, more capable, and more resilient — not just for your own sake, but for the people around you as well.

Philosophy

Here’s Chiron’s philosophy in a nutshell:

  • You already have what you need. Coaching is about uncovering it, strengthening it, and using it consistently.

  • We don’t “fix” men—we align them. Think tune-up: identity, habits, and environment working together with less friction. Then you’re ready to succeed.

  • Embodiment matters. A strong relationship with your body (movement, breath, nervous system regulation) supports mental clarity and emotional resilience.

  • Emotion is information. We learn to read it, use it, and move through it without shame or avoidance.

  • Direction requires a plan. Without one, life chooses for you. With one, you build agency and accountability.

  • Play accelerates growth. Learning sticks when it’s experiential—especially in retreat settings.

  • Judgment kills momentum. Curiosity builds momentum. We train curiosity as a skill.

  • Success is self-defined. We help you clarify your definition, then build a life that reflects it through measurable actions.

  • Community is vital. Nobody survives entirely on their own. We’re social creatures wired for connection.

Let’s work together as you progress towards your ideal future.

Our goal is to help you identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and develop a plan to achieve them. I will walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and accountability.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions2026-02-25T05:19:59+00:00
Who is Chiron Coaching for?

Chiron is for men who feel stuck, unmotivated, or out of alignment—and want clarity, purpose, and accountability through life coaching and personal growth retreats.

What’s the difference between one-on-one coaching and a retreat?

One on one men’s life coaching is ongoing support to build clarity, habits, and execution over time. A men’s personal growth retreat compresses months of insight into a focused weekend: fewer distractions, deeper conversations, and a hard reset.

Where are Chiron’s retreats held?

Retreat locations vary, but Chiron is based in Denver, Colorado, and retreats are typically hosted in Colorado within driving distance of Denver.

Do I need to be in “crisis” to get value from working with Chiron?

No. Many clients are functioning well externally but feel internally disconnected. Coaching is especially effective during life transitions: career shifts, relationship changes, loss of direction, or plateauing.

How do I know if this is a good fit?

If you want structure, honest reflection, and real accountability—and you’re willing to take action—start with a consultation.
